Terms of Use

CheapKeys is an online store for digital products, operated under the trading name "CheapKeys" from Bulgaria. These Terms of Use are governed by Bulgarian law.

By browsing the site, creating an account or placing an order you confirm that you have read and accepted these Terms and our related policies (Product Delivery, Refunds, Cookies).

We may update these Terms from time to time. The date at the top of this page always shows the latest revision, and continued use of the site after a change means you accept the updated Terms.

You must be at least 13 years old to use CheapKeys. If you are between 13 and 18, you need the consent of a parent or guardian for every purchase.

An account is required to place orders and to contact our support team through the on-site live chat.

Keep your login details accurate and confidential - you are responsible for activity that happens through your account.

Email verification is required at registration, and passwords must meet our strength requirements.

We may restrict or terminate accounts involved in fraud, payment abuse, unjustified chargebacks or attempts to exploit the store.

All prices are displayed in euro (EUR). The price shown at checkout is the final amount you pay.

We accept card payments (Visa/Mastercard), Revolut and cryptocurrency.

An order is confirmed once the payment is verified.

Promotional codes are single-use per customer unless explicitly stated otherwise.

In case of an obvious pricing error or a payment that fails verification, we may cancel the order with a full refund.

Products are fulfilled by our team manually, around the clock. Products with instant automatic delivery are marked on their product page.

Standard delivery time is up to 15 minutes after your payment is confirmed.

Some products follow the rules of the destination platform. Gift-based items, for example, may require the platform's own conditions (such as a 48-hour friend requirement) to be met.

If a product does not work or is not delivered, you can open a claim within 48 hours of delivery.

We may ask for simple proof (a screenshot or a short video) when it is needed to verify the issue.

Each purchased product is intended for one customer and one account - sharing or reselling delivered products is not allowed.

Attempting to bypass site security, abuse promotions or use stolen payment methods leads to immediate account termination and may be reported.

Contact us before opening a dispute with your bank - unexplained chargebacks are treated as payment abuse.

You are responsible for complying with the terms of the platform on which you use the purchased product.

We deliver products as described on the product page. If something is materially different, the Refund Policy applies.

Our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order.

We are not responsible for actions taken by third-party platforms against accounts that violate those platforms' own terms.

Nothing in these Terms limits the rights you have under mandatory Bulgarian and EU consumer law.
